I really love the counter - it's fab.

The only reason I've not given 5 stars is that it took over a month to arrive (and payment was taken day of ordering).

There wasn't any communication to say it was delayed until after I'd contacted Smiirl, enquiring where my counter was. I just received lots of automated e-mails asking me to review my counter (which was a little annoying, given it hadn't yet been dispatched).

The set up was easy to do and didn't take long. The counter is a really nice quality too. So yes - very happy now it's here but earlier communication about delays would have been helpful.

Still waiting for mine.. not happy about it..

Smiirl is really easy to work with. They are fast to ship and responsive with support queries. The referral program is a major benefit and I'm glad we got in when we did. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Custom counter is robust and flexible. Took some work to get the integration with Google reviews working in real-time, but the Smiirl side was largely smooth.

Sent in a support request, and I heard back within an hour! That is unheard of mostly any business these days. I fully expected a day or two. And guess what, support had the fix instantly!

I have the counter in my shop set to instant and every time the flaps spin, it’s a motivator to work harder and a reminder to create content for my pages!

A great talking point for our shop, customers love it and so do we! once ordered shipping was quick, although I did have to pay import duty to the UK.
